Okay, so we’re kicking things off with a tweet of mine own this time. Was in Vegas last week for the 4th and apparently the Sphere was activated that evening just in time for a digital fireworks display and a few hours of showing off the visuals it’s capable of. Pretty incredible to have seen it firsthand!

Arnold has always been a hero of mine since I was a child. Loved his movies, but I admired his bold approaches and insights into bodybuilding, and the mental models to achieve a championship mindset. Recently caught the new “Arnold” documentary on Netflix and it did not disappoint- this post here and its corresponding podcast by David Senra is awesome.

I only found out about this online trend as it was ending, but the creativity from many of these influencers for a beverage is funny and awesome. (And creepy!)
